City Express account holders can place and track the status of their orders from any Web browser. City Express Online will remember all of your common delivery points in your personalized address book (giving you a simple pull-down list of addresses), so placing your City Express orders will be quick and accurate. Tracking (checking on delivery status) is easy and instantaneous, and City Express Online can even send you an e-mail with confirmation of your important delivery request.

About City Express Online

From the simple, web-based order screen, you can enter:

Requests for e-mail confirmations of deliveries completed
Preference of vehicle type
Service Level Required
Your internal client/job/case number
Pick-up and delivery points (with customized address book for ease of recurring ordering)

City Express Online also:

Provides you with a printable Bill of Lading
Provides you with a tracking/ control number
Provides you with the means to track the status of every City Express® job, and to see the delivery times and the name of the person who accepted the delivery on behalf of the recipient
Provides Cost Reports and Delivery Reports
Allows multiple login accounts for every account
Allows for customized user preferences for each use

The following web browsers are supported by City Express Online:

Additionally, in order to use City Express Online, your browser must be set such that accepts cookies from City Express Online. With Internet Explorer 6.0, there are two ways that you can do this. You can either:

Allow cookies only from City Express Online. To do this, go to Tools, and then Privacy and then click internet options then security, then trusted sites, then hit sites, then enter http://www.citypl.com in the box, then hit OK button to close out the settings
Alternatively, you can turn cookies on for all sites. Go to Tools, then internet options and then go to the Privacy tab. Then make sure that the settings bar is set to Low. Then click the OK button to close out the settings
