City Express Online™ - Helpful Hints

   
1. If you have a round trip delivery and are using City Express Online (CEO), be certain to select a service level (e.g., Regular, Exclusive) in the "Return" field of the order entry screen. But most importantly, please fill in the area that tells us exactly what time you want your package delivered and be specific as to the exact time you want yours returned.
   
2. Use the special instructions fields to inform City Express Dispatch about any special pick-up or delivery requirements associated with your delivery (e.g., "Leave at front door if no one home")
   
3. If you have a court or other government filing please include the word "FILING" in both the pick-up and delivery special instructions fields. If you require a date stamped copy to be returned to your office, please include the words "FILING-DATE STAMPED COPY REQUIRED", and make sure to select a service level in the "Return" field
   
4. If you have a specific time deadline for the pick-up or the delivery, please insert in the pick-up or delivery special instructions field the word "DEADLINE" followed by the time and date (e.g., "DEADLINE 4:00 PM 12.27.02")
