New Customer Account Application

City Express Delivery Service account holders enjoy priority service, fast and painfree ordering, and customized billing. Complete one of the forms below and we will process and activate your City Express account no later than the end of the next business day.

Below, you will find three different options for establishing an account with us.

1. Option A is for new customers who would like to set up an account using a charge card (i.e., either a credit or debit card). We will still send you a weekly invoice, but the invoice will reflect a zero balance with a single charge card line item.
2. Option B is for customers that would like to apply for commercial credit terms, but requires that you complete our full commercial credit application.
